| Unkle Roger Mcall 1951-2003 R.I.P. |
Unkle Roger was a great man, He had a show called
"Homegrown" on 96.5 WCMF. His show featured local bands and it ran from 1974 until his death in 2003. We had the pleasure
of being on his show twice. He was very interested in what we were doing for the local bands, The second time we were on,
We were promoting a benefit for M.D.A. that we put togather in August of 2003 at the Penny Arcade.4 months later he was gone. Unkle
rog also put out many volumes of the "Homegrown" album. He was taken from us through a senseless act of violence. Well, we just
want to say a final farewell to a great friend and humanbeing !!!! R.I.P. Rog, we'll miss and love you always !!!! your friends
